I have been waiting for a response from support for 4 days now (since Saturday, July 18th) and I am being completely ignored. Xsolla are quick to take your money but when the developer uses fraudulent advertising for rewards then gives lesser rewards they will not help just saying contact the devs. Xsolla have been told several times the devs ignore contact attempts over a 2 week period but still do nothing. I will not and would not recommend using Xsolla. Screen shots of the offered rewards and incorrect rewards received along with contact attempts to devs were included to Xsolla
