Carrie Mason was very helpful and cared a lot. I initially visited SPS Vallejo location. That’s where I met Carrie. She told me a lot about that location and answered all my concerns and questions. I went and looked at 3 other storage places in Vallejo that day. I find that SPS suits my needs and budget. I did not decide right away and did some more research. Found out that they have another location in Napa. I visited the Napa location and so happen that Carrie was working at the Napa location that day. She showed me the ideal size and space for my needs. Chose the unit with double doors. Will be very convenient for storing and/or sorting through my stuff once I’ve moved all of them. Thanks Carrie for all your help.
Personal service. Due to illness, I could not be on the property at the time of move-in to sign lease, etc. Adam walked me through each step via phone and met my movers at the gate to make sure they had access to the property and proper storage unit.
Linda is amazing! Previously we worked with Steve and certainly going to miss him.
Linda has been an absolute pleasure and went above and beyond for me today. Thank YOU, Linda 🙏
Although I miss Rachel, The gentlemen that work here are just as great, friendly, and helpful. They are courteous and willing to help answer questions or resolve any problem. The place is always clean and organized. I feel secure having my storage there. Only wish is that the hours were more flexible
Excellent. Everyone I've worked with at SPS has been pleasant and helpful - and I've been with them for more than a decade (including several internal moves). Can't rate highly enough!
Everyone was professional and informed about what units were available
Helpful with answering all my questions affordable the unit was clean and easy to access
I have rented several storages over the years. I have to say the customer service at this one is wonderful. Everyone is always so helpful. Because we have been customers of theirs for so long they give us discounts on other services…the security services here are fabulous! love this place
I was referred by my neighbor! Melissa and Penny were awesome to deal with! The facility is super clean and secured. Got my items all in storage in just one day! Thank you ladies!
Highly recommend !!! Great staff, clean, convenient…
I have tried other storage places, but this one is exceptional. The team has been around for several years. The team is extremely reliable and helpful. The service is above average. Anything you need, the team is there for you. You can even ask for something a week before and they will remember and do it for you. They cease to impress me.
Furthermore, the River Road location is very convenient and big enough so that you will find what you are looking for. Plus plenty of parking.
The whole place is clean and continuously improved.
Highly, highly recommend Security Public Storage.
