We received our casters in a timely manner. One of the swivel casters was defective, but we contacted Service Caster and they immediately sent a replacement with no hassle. Great customer service and fast response. Highly recommend! Service Caster lives up to their name!

Email notification and shipping and tracking updates showed up in email with in 1-2 days. Shipping was quick. Used Amazon pay to complete transaction allowing me to avoid having to input information multiple time. The 1/2 times. 3-1/2 wheels seem to be of good quality and I have already installed them. So time will tell if they hold up. The only negative is the shipping for more than 2 items. As soon as input the 3rd item in my cart the shipping more than double. But I did save by making 2 separate transactions. So far that is the only negative to my transaction.

Pros: Built tough and will do the job I need. Zerk fittings for the wheel bearings were a pleasant surprise. Total-lock mechanism works as advertised. Thermoplastic rubber is indeed softer than polyurethane. Over-all good design. Arrived well packaged. Cons: Did not come in the color depicted. (Grey thermoplastic rubber instead of black.) The stamped metal parts have slight burrs. Would be nice to haves: Complete repairablility and parts availability. Zerk fitting for swivel head bearing.
