May well be the best caster company in the US. I have over 6 sets of their casters. Nic will take your call clarify what you need and will use them on. Then he has the production people make them. My set prior to my last order were 5" soft gray rubber 1" wide wheels with toe locks and 3"' x 4" plate. Perfect on the application I ordered them for.

I was looking to replace the heavy duty casters on my ottoman and the whole process was seamless. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was pleasant and efficient. By ordering directly with the company I was able to get the 1 inch screws cut down to the 3/4 inch height I needed without an additional charge. The casters arrived securely packaged within a reasonable period of time. The shipping was a bit pricey but I did kind of expect it considering how heavy they were.
