Hello, We are unable to find your order, but if you give us a call we'll be able to help you. When you order online the shipping should be calculated after you put in your shipping address. The charge should only change if the address or shipping method changed. Once shipped we send tracking information to the email entered during checkout, which goes out automatically and sometimes lands in spam. We urge all customers to reach out to speak with a real person immedialtely at 1-800-215-8220, so we can quickly resolve any issue. Thank you for your time and business, hopefully we can help you this time and in the future.
