We started with the Demo migration. We had difficulty connecting because of a firewall, but support was very fast and helpful in resolving the problem. Looking forward to completing the migration process with over 814 products and 30k+ customers! All are mapped and the demo worked flawlessly.

Migrating from Magento 1.9 to 2.x is a challenging task. It was great to be able to have Cart2Cart migrate all the important parts like orders, customers (with passwords), products and more to my Magento 2 installation.
I also really appreciated that they did a re-migration as some new orders and clients came in before I could get the new site launched. Their team worked well with me and was very responsive and helpful. I certainly plan on using them again in the future when doing migrations!

I completed their demo migration from Shopify to WooCommerce and I was pleased with how seamless the process was.
My migration threw an error once I submitted it but I was pleased that their live chat responded to me within 30 seconds.
The demo migration was completed and I went ahead with the full migration.
