Worst experience i ever had
Worst experience i ever had. I wrote 200 emails with the "experts" and they still could not migrate the data properly. After spending thousands of euros, wasting my time and shifting the migration several times we had to do the migration ourself. With this company you will never get what you pay for!

Cart2Cart Is a Scam
Cart2Cart Is a Scam – Avoid at All Costs I hired Cart2Cart to handle my store migration and it was a complete disaster. Their service not only failed to deliver the results they promised—it actively damaged my store. Critical errors everywhere: They left broken 301 redirects, duplicated categories, and completely skipped key product data like metafields. Ignored their own refund policy: Their terms clearly state I’m entitled to a 100% refund if technical issues aren’t resolved within 72 hours. I reported the problems, waited patiently, and got nothing but vague responses and empty promises. They refused the refund. Instead, they tried to dump “store credit” on me—completely useless, as I will never use this service again. Fake professionalism: They write friendly responses but do nothing to fix the real issues. The migration they delivered was unusable, and they know it. If you value your business, do not trust Cart2Cart. They overpromise, underdeliver, and hide behind generic excuses when things go wrong. Total waste of money and time.

They say 24/7 response/support
They say 24/7 response/support, but their email support speed is 2-3 days. The 5-10 hour migration information as stated on the site is completely fabricated; The time can be 10 times that or more for large sites. Edit: I also found many of their claims to be completely false, like committing to migration within 1 hour. Why are they exaggerating so much when they can't do it?

Awful experience
Awful experience, missing data, and when contacted support team for support, got terrible service, from someone telling me "there might be an app for that" when I asked why my contacts didn't come across with the correct email subscription status!! Didn't know what he was talking about.

Cart2cart made it easy to move my etsy shop to Shopify, and it was done very quickly. They were recommended to me by a Shopify rep. Chat customer service was quick to respond to my questions. Would recommend.

Fantastic Migration from older platform Mijo shop install
We had an older platform and were told by our web developer the migration would be difficult and expensive. Decided to investigate and found this solution. Superb did exactly what it said. Had a few minor tech issues, my fault as new to al of this. And the chat support was quick helpful and responsive.

The app worked great
The app worked great! I do wish they were a little more upfront with the Remigration Insurance vs. Recent Data Migration. I purchased the remigration insurance with the intentions of transferring the last few orders before launch, only to be told that I could not use the insurance for the last 2 orders and have to pay an additional fee. But customer service was great with clearing this all up for me and helping me out after the fact. Definitely recommend but do your research!
