Advertised for Cart Migration although doesn't work
We engaged Cart2Cart to migrate products, orders, and customers from WooCommerce before launching a new website. Despite repeated follow-ups over several weeks, the migration was never completed. We were unable to get a clear explanation as to why it failed, and our refund request was denied. This did not align with the advertised promise of an easy, supported migration process. We would not recommend Cart2Cart for projects with tight timelines or where reliable support is essential.

Excellent customer support
Excellent customer support. I have tried 3 other services similar to Cart2Cart, and none of them have worked properly. Customer support rep Danil has been great and made the whole process very smooth.
WARNING: Do NOT use Cart2Cart!
I paid for migration #531881 and their agent Danil promised all my items would be transferred as digital products. Instead, everything came out as physical items. When I asked for a refund, they said I would get an email confirmation — but they never sent it. I’ve been left chasing them endlessly. This is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Cart2Cart misled me, failed to deliver their service, and then vanished when it came time to fix their mistake. I demand a refund and will continue to warn anyone considering using them.

Please note that the migration process is highly technical and, in particular, the configuration between digital and physical products can be complex. Each platform has its own structure and requirements, which sometimes means that additional configuration is necessary after the automated migration in order to ensure products are displayed correctly. Your reqeust request has already been processed successfully. However, it seems that during the process there was a change in your decision to migrate to Wix, which unfortunately left us without the opportunity to finalize and adjust the configuration needed to ensure your products appeared as digital items. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced and appreciate your understanding of the technical nature of such migrations. Should you decide to proceed with the Wix migration again or with another platform, our team will be happy to assist you in ensuring the correct configuration from the start.
Easy Enough for Store Owners
As a store owner, this was my first (and hopefully last?) site migration. Chat support was super helpful to troubleshoot issues on my old site, like whitelisting IPs, and completing the demo. The migrated information looks great and we'll launch the new site sooner than expected.
