I ordered a nightgown and when it arrived, the size was wrong and the neck was cut differently (very thick and bulky) than was shown in the photo on their site. Thus, I contacted them and they said that this cut was not a defect. In my view, it is a DEFECT. They forced me to pay shipping to return the gown in order to get a replacement, but in a scammy way -they promised me a "shipping voucher" if I would send it back, but then renigged and said the voucher was a "store voucher" for the next product I buy. This means that they have effectively charged me 15% more for just getting the correct product AFTER I already returned the product based on their promise of the shipping voucher. This is CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE. Go elsewhere. Don't buy from them. You won't be happy with their service.

One of the ordered items was a present and when I unpacked it, I saw at once, that it was too small. I contacted Silksilky and explained my problem. As an answer I got 2 opportunities and I chose the one to send it back, get a new one for 6 € extra! This company raves on and on about the benefits of When I received the garment I ordered, I found the colour quite harsh, so thought of exchanging it, but ALL the other colours (not just of the top I bought, but of everything) were either harsh or washed-out--the ones called blue or coral were practically white--so I wanted to return it. Stupidly, I had broken my own rule by not checking the return process before ordering. A normal, legit company will just tell you to click on a link, and you are instantly given a pre-paid returns label, or it will tell you on the website where to return the goods. Companies that make return information a secret, that tell you to contact them for information on returns, are trying to put you off. And, indeed, the response I got pressed me, with a lot of mushy sweet-talk, to accept a 15% discount in lieu of a refund. I then, too late, checked on Trustpilot and found that numerous buyers were very dissatisfied with the return process. So if you do order from this company and are satisfied, write and say you want a refund, and you will get 15 percent back and can keep the item. That will be a little revenge for the rest of us.
