Excellent and fast customer service by Lucy. Extremely happy with my silky double sided cap. It holds my hair in place while also not falling off in the night due to the ties at the back. It also doesn’t feel too tight. The ties itself are also super soft.

I already contacted you via email, but I didn’t even receive a reply. Yet you’re still telling me to send an email. I ordered from the Dutch (.nl) website because I expected the product to be shipped from the Netherlands or at least from a European warehouse. Only after placing my order did I discover that it was being shipped from China via YunExpress. Had this been made clear before checkout, I would never have paid €85. I could have ordered a similar product directly from China for a fraction of the price. I feel misled by the lack of transparency about the shipping origin. In my opinion, customers should know before they pay that orders are shipped from China. I would not recommend ordering from this website if you expect products to be shipped from the Netherlands or Europe. Greater transparency is needed to prevent other customers from having the same disappointing experience.
