Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the stunning product quality, featuring thick cardstock, clear vibrant images, and lovely presentation boxes that make opening packages exciting. Consumers consistently mention that creating custom designs is smooth and straightforward, while delivery services are exceptionally fast and reliable. However, some reviewers were not happy with certain details, noting that specific printed text or photo finishes occasionally appeared blurry, faint, and difficult to read. A few other people also felt that communication regarding customer support and expedited shipping times fell short of their expectations during busy periods.
