I really enjoyed my subscription on skillshare. To be honest I can compare it to other learning platforms and I would say skillshare actually is more Hands-On and they pay attention and implement their lessons and strategies and projects that you can learn from. Some classes seem simple but you always get something out of it. And then as you keep learning you start entering the harder things and that's when you realize you're so glad you learned absolutely everything you could before entering into the hard things. If that makes sense. But overall great experience

Hi Michelle,
Thank you for sharing such a thoughtful and detailed experience! It really means a lot to us. We love how you described your learning journey—from starting with the basics to gradually building up to more advanced skills. That progression is exactly what we aim to support.
It’s especially great to hear that you found the classes hands-on and practical. We truly believe that learning by doing makes all the difference, and it’s wonderful to know that it’s helping you grow with confidence over time.
Your perspective is incredibly valuable, and we’re so glad to be part of your creative journey. Wishing you all the best as you continue exploring and leveling up your skills!
There's a lot of classes, some pretty good some less, the diversity and amount of classes make up for the less good ones but you might certainly need to filter the classes to match your level and your tools. There's for any skill level, from pro to absolute novice.
I've been learning 3d modeling with a free sponsored trial for a month, so far so good, I'm now advanced in 3d modeling.

We’re glad to hear you’ve had a positive experience overall and that the wide variety of classes has helped you find what works best for you. You’re absolutely right — filtering by skill level and tools can make a big difference in getting the most out of the platform.
It’s especially great to hear about your progress in 3D modeling — that’s an amazing achievement in just a month! We’re so happy Skillshare could support your learning journey. Keep up the great work!
I love the range of classes that are available for different skill levels. I understand why the videos are broken down into chapters, but I find it quite annoying. It’s like scrolling through the miles of text before you get to the recipe that you’re looking for.
The price point for the year isn’t bad for the amount of content you have access to, but personally I didn’t use this platform for about half of the year- due to can’t finding what I was looking for.

Thank you again for taking the time to give us this insight—it really helps us improve the experience for everyone.
