I’ve had my in-person private practice for 11 years. I’ve avoided an online platform for 11 years, if that tells you anything. I am a skilled practitioner who produces spectacular results for my clients - but I have severely limited myself to a session-by-session framework and in-person prospects up to this point. The Spark curriculum has been incredibly helpful in clarifying a lot of details needed to be successful and has a clear implementation of a system that establishes your workflow for you. This is huge! In addition, my one-on-one coach Karleigh has been fantastic to work with. She’s hit the right balance between encouraging and direct, giving my honest and straightforward feedback and guidance while also celebrating my wins along the way. It is 100% individualized support! I was nervous about getting assigned a coach but their matching process was perfect and I’m super pleased with who I got paired with. I have been working with Coach Karleigh, and she is so easy to work with and has been so helpful for my little questions along the way. She's such a bright light and always makes my day better. The program itself is very well organized, and I'm very impressed with the way it is ran. They have refined their skills, and it shows. I wasn't sure at first, but after being half way through the program, it is worth my investment.
This program has been freaking life-changing!! I started in the program with less than 80 followers on my IG account. I have learned to build my business from the ground up. I’m in my 3rd week of the 12 week program and it’s with great self-imposed urgency that I am writing this first review. Yes URGENCY because as I proceed through the Sparks Strategy, I am profoundly aware that the person I am today is going to be evolving into the enlightened coach I have set forth for myself to become, and the person leaving this review will be a fond and thankful memory. It's obvious the coaches love their work, are excited to share their knowledge, and lead coaches (new and old alike) through the program where I am challenging myself to build the coaching business of my DREAMS. The mindset, lessons, and introspective homework is only rivaled by the support, guidance, and prebuilt structures creating direct roadmap for any/every coach to be successful. If you haven’t made the move to have your intro call with the Smart Coach team, this is your alert to do so!!

I've been in other programs and it always felt like a nightmare with marketing, content and sales: chaos, uncertainty, and fear of the next day. Smart Coach is different. Everything is calm, systematic, logical, and the way the program is designed supports a healthy work rhythm.
When I started I had so many issues and was really concerned: my health was down, my finances down, all the reasons to "wait" for the best moment. But remember, you are TODAY to make a change. Now my health improves, my business improves, and I became more confident in how I actually find my clients online and get paid 🤣👌

I've known I wanted to start a business for the last few years, but without Smart Coach, I'm sure I'd still be dreaming. Now I'm taking action and it feels so good! I've been working with Coach Jamie in Spark for the last 6 or so weeks and she's helped me a ton in refining my business niche and positioning to connect with my ideal client. She's also helped me become more confident with my social media approach as well as conducting sales calls, both areas that were completely new for me as a healthcare provider. I have TWO paying clients now and I'm only about halfway through the program - a month ago this was all terrifying to me. I can't wait to see what we can accomplish with the rest of this time!

Working with Jess has been an amazing experience. When I started with Smart Coach I had every intention of moving through the program on pace and on target despite having an incredibly packed tight schedule. However, 1 month in, I had a very traumatic family experience and had to pause for the month. I felt horrible about having to do so but there was just no way NOT to. Once I came back, things were still crazy and trying to navigate the emotions of my 3 kids while running my own business, teaching dance, being in a long distance relationship AND having to learn everything I needed to learn in the program at times felt overwhelming. However, every single coaching call with Jess brought me in off the ledge and she guided me with such kindness and compassion and truly tried to make the most of every minute on those calls. She compartmentalized things for me, reminded me to give myself grace and was always encouraging me to have faith in myself. She is an AMAZING coach and I am truly going to miss my weekly meetings with her. She is a beautiful human and I am incredibly grateful for the program because it brought her into my life. I have full confidence that with the guidance from Jess, I can go onto have a healthy and lucrative career as a coach!

Smart coach has been such an amazing experience for me and 100% work the investment! They teach you step by step how to set up your business and they help you implement a simple system that actually works! The most beneficial part of the course for me was sales! They teach you how to actually craft a sales script that is custom to your business and close deals with clients, which has been the most difficult thing for me as a coach!
