wanted to share some feedback about working with Dalaina as my marketing coach. When I was transferred to her, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but she made the transition incredibly smooth. She took the time upfront to really understand what I needed and where I was coming from, which set a great foundation for our work together. What’s impressed me most is how knowledgeable she is. She clearly knows her stuff, but she never comes across as unapproachable or hard to talk to. She’s the kind of coach who makes you feel comfortable asking questions, even if they might seem basic—she has a way of explaining things that just clicks. Lindsey is an absolute badass and a true ads wizard. She’s helped me decode so many parts of my business that I either would have guessed my way through or, more likely, avoided altogether because I was afraid of wasting money. Instead of letting fear hold me back, she gave me the confidence and strategy to invest in ads the right way and scale. Since joining Smart Coach in August 2025, I’ve gone from making less than $10K/month in my coaching business to consistently hitting $50K months. I started Smart Coach with an idea of what I wanted to help people with, but didn’t know how to get clients online successfully. With great support from my personal coach Jess, and some of the strategies that was taught within the program. I landed my first PAID client within the first 6 weeks of being in the program. Then, the following week.. I landed my next PAID client!! I still have about 4 to 5 more weeks left in the program! But, the money is flowing in already!! Smart coach has helped me make my DREAM become a REALITY! I have deep gratitude and highly recommend investing into Smart Coach!
I joined Smart Coach in November and, if I'm being honest, I didn't see the value right away. I ended up going into my extended ROI period because I wasn't getting the results I had hoped for initially. What changed for me was the last month of the program when I started working with Karleigh. Things finally started to click. She helped me simplify my sales process, build confidence in my conversations, and focus on the right activities. As a result, I went from no sales calls, to relying on follow-up calls to signing clients on the first call. I was consistently booking multiple sales calls each week and ultimately had my first $15,000 month. What I appreciated most about Karleigh was her ability to meet me where I was, identify what was actually holding me back, and provide actionable coaching that I could implement immediately. I came into the program with a business built completely from the ground up, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The support has been incredible and has given me the confidence and skills to effectively manage and grow my business. Absolutely! I’ve learned how to organize, run, and manage a business that I can truly see growing. But beyond the business knowledge, I’ve been reminded of what I’m capable of. After spending the last ten years proudly putting my family first as a stay-at-home mom, I was ready for something that was just for me—a space to grow, learn, challenge myself, and dream again. The gift of this program isn’t simply teaching you how to take an idea or passion and turn it into a real business. That’s incredible in itself. The real magic is realizing that you are the magic. Lindsey has been an amazing coach! I love when someone can be very straightforward and matter of fact; Lindsey is my girl for it! When I first started this program, I didnt realize how much interaction I needed to do throughout the week and tended to wait until the end of the week to get things done. Lindsey gently but firmly pointed out that, while I was still on track, I should work to position my time in the course earlier in the week. That small reframing of my habits led me to realize I have been allowing my business to take a backseat while I got everything else done. The other very memorable moment with Lindsey, was when I didnt have much accomplished for the week - she kindly but matter of factly said "well money isnt made without progress" (or along those lines - but thats how I saved it in my mind) AND SO TRUE! I have loved every second of this program and being paired with Lindsey has been a blessing.
I've been a coach for three years and wish I had found smartcoach in year 1 - i am amazed by how much the coaches are able to accomplish in weekly calls (shout out karleigh!) and how not only the guidance but the ENERGY is so incredibly valuable to have in your corner as we all build this brave new world of our own making. The only reason for 4/5 stars at the moment is because I'm still in process to meet my goals with the program but I can see that following their guidance *will* get me there! i signed my first client last week on my FIRST sales call, and they paid in full, all following the program's guidance.

Joining Smart Coach was one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life thus far. As a physical therapist, it never occurred to me that I could help people outside of a clinic space. Smart Coach is an amazing program that not only gives you the tools you need to help launch your online business, but it forces you to do a lot of self reflection and leave behind the bullshit! There is a ton of real-world value you get inside the program that goes way beyond what I was ever taught in school! All of the coaches in the program are wonderful, and you also get access to an entire community of people who are not only there with you, but supporting you along the way. If you are considering launching an online coaching program, you need to invest in Smart Coach!

I joined Smart Coach in April of 2026 to launch my mindset coaching business. I have gained a lot of new marketing skills that I can apply to business in general. It has also made content creation fun by providing tools that take some of the work out of it. My coach Karleigh, has been very responsive and a joy to work with. This coaching program has been a game changer for me as a physical therapist. Th coursework really challenges you to reflect on yourself to allow you to evolve as well as teaches you marketing strategies and systems. As a new business owner, the structure has really guaranteed my success and the one on one coaching has been invaluable.
I think everyone comes here looking for the same thing I did. Something to be 'wrong' with this program, or potentially a 'scam' or just another nonsensical 'coaching program'. But I am here to tell you I was proven wrong on all accounts and have been pleasantly surprised with the structure and set up of this program. You truly do have folks rooting for you, and a coach that somehow understands how to juggle so many of us at once (*ahem* Karleigh!!). The worst part about this program? it's confronting a part of yourself who never believed in their own strengths, but chose the path of comfort over their highest potential. That's what I have been seeing from my first month in the program, and I love the progress I am making! The foundation of their course truly helps a person build something from nothing, all you need is a skill, tenacity and the will to carry on. My experience with the Spark/Smart Coach Program has been nothing less than supportive and encouraging. I entered the program with tons of uncertainty, but also knowing I couldn't sit around doing nothing with a talent for helping others through fitness that I truly believe is part of what God had blessed me with. My coach, Karleigh, really has handled my journey very professionally, and with so much empathy. Sharing a background from the Orangetheory Fitness world was a big help, and Karleigh has patiently worked with my busy schedule as a Head Coach and fulltime father to help me start the rebranding process toward where I see myself flourishing in my role as a fitness professional for the rest of my days.

I joined Smart's Coaches program in April 26' with the intention to launch my own coaching program to help music creatives amplify their authentic brand and networking tools. Before I joined Smart Coach, I thought I had my coaching business all figured out; but I learned quickly that I had so much more to learn.
