I purchased both the foundation and the serum. The foundation didn’t work for me and Carla with Customer Service was absolutely wonderful and helping me the serum was fantastic. It’s light and has very pure ingredients.

Though the makeup did not work for me, i appreciated the personnel that I had to deal with in getting my refund. Many companies, you have to fight with just to get your money back. They dealt with me with dignity and refunded my money.

When I ordered this product i was very sceptical that it would not work. I tried it and it went on very nice and smooth. I did see a difference and quite liked the product. It did not really cover up my age spots but I then used my concealer and put it on over it and was much better. It stays on very well all day. I would buy product again. Did it make me 20 years younger no but still better than most products out there

Well, color started out white as it was supposed to. Then magically changed colors... Problem is, there's no change in hiding any age spots or discoloration, or freckles, imperfections that you want a foundation to cover. Is that not the point of using a foundation? To cover the imperfections and make everything smooth and beautiful and even looking. Am I not right? And your return sucks. The customer has to pay the return shipping and everything. And a restocking fee. Oh and apparently the product can't be used or opened at all to return it. How are we supposed to know if we like the product or not if we don't open and use it? I guess we're just supposed to magically use our minds to envision how it's going to work for us. Is that it? So I don't think this company has a fair policy on returns. And I don't think they have a good product either.
Update: my apologies to the company. I was incorrect about things on the return policies. I unknowingly read the wrong one and made a mistake. A refund has been given under the correct refund policy of the 30 day money back guarantee bc my order was within that 30 days. So once again my apologies.

They promise a LOT. The products do NOT work. It does NOT change to your color in minutes. It DOES settle into to your fine lines. It is not worth the money or the headache. Trying to get them to honor their 30 day money back guarantee is a nightmare. They will offer you a store credit!
I don't want store credit. I want my money back. I am so disappointed in the lack of response and service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SMOOCHE AT ALL.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Smooche. An order was placed accidentally because Shop Pay kept my payment details—even though I had previously requested my data to be deleted.
I cancelled the order immediately through three different channels: their website contact form, a direct email, and a reply to the order confirmation. Their website explicitly states they reply within 12 hours. They replied 72 hours later stating the package had already been sent.
They had ample time to stop the shipment. Failing to meet their own customer service timelines is terrible business practice. To return the product they want a 15% restocking fee. Avoid this company.

I ordered 2 color changing foundation but 1 did not pump. I'm not if it was a return and empty. I was contacted by customer service and was told I could get a credit. It has been a week and I still have not seen a credit so I can replace the foundation.

I am 89yo. My career was in sales mgt for Avon Products. Dealing with makeup for years. My fav has been Estee Lauder Futura.
My new favorite is now Smooche! It is Amazing. The lightest shade was perfect - scary at first. But it evolved beautifully. I don’t have to get all dolled up often but it takes no time at all to dab smooche here and there to make my old skin smooth and clear for daily use.
