I was disappointed in the lip stain. It left my skin tingling and tasted really awful. The colours also weren't great & didn't last as long as I'd hoped.
I was also initially disappointed in the colour changing foundation, as it appeared quite patchy on my skin, and clung to the finer lines. I have experimented a bit since I first tried it, and have found it's a bit better if I blend with a damp blender rather than using a brush. Still not 100% happy but it's more usable now.
However, I have to say, the customer service was excellent! When I first contacted them, I was dubious having read the finer print of the returns policy. Genrev was quick to respond and offered a couple of options. We ended up being able to satisfactorily resolve the issues really quickly and easily. I would recommend giving the products a go if you're curious - they do seem to work for many. But if you have any issues, my experience of their customer service was unexpectedly good!

The product is great, blends well however if you are brown skin it may look 2 shades lighter which for some may work other others not. Their customer service is prompt and efficient. I app CARLA who helped me throughout this process for my order 1136961 . I appreciate and highly recommend this brand.

My order #931409 got stuck at customs, I contacted customer service and was connected with April. April was quick to respond and got me my products quickly. She kept me updated through out the process, I never felt 'forgotten' about. Love the product and customer service top notch!

I placed my order and a few days later noticed that I never got a confirmation or a tracking number I contacted company explained my problem Diana responded I sent a copy of my receipt and that day she responded back saying they found my order and I would receive it the next day and sure enough it was delivered. I love this foundation it does everything it advertises which is rare. I love trying new products and have a drawer full of stuff that didn’t work. Smooche foundation feels good on my face and doesn’t make me look older than I am u can’t even tell it’s on just natural. I am 60 yrs old nothing worse than looking like I plastered on makeup . Smooche looks and feels like lotion while blends either my skin color and evening out my inperfections . I don’t doubt this company with their honest advertising and quick customer service will go far.

I got the two makeups I ordered but my “free gifts” (plural) was one applicator bulb… nothing else except multiple offers on discounts if I ordered more stuff! Was disappointed with that…also those offers start way before you ever received the product and given the chance to see if you even like it… this is second time I’ve expressed this and have been ignored…

After a little bumpy start with AI once customer service GENREV got involved I was able to get a refund. The foundation colour was really good, but just not for my skin. It did settle into my lines, and I’ve many. Maybe better for younger skin. They do answer emails quickly, just with AI… just ask for a human reply if AI hasn’t answered your particular concern

I love how it blends in w/my natural skin color, it stays smoothe all day. Previous foundation products would give my face a cake like appearance after wearing it awhile. I put this on in the morning and it still looks just as fresh into the night. It only takes a small amount which gives you total cover. This is such a great product that I took advantage of one of your specials and ordered more.

I was a bit dubious before buying this as all the reviews seem to talk about interactions with customer services, and my gut was telling me this was another Facebook scam where everything went wrong…how wrong I was!
The foundation arrived within a week - I am in the UK - and omg, it definitely lives up to the promises. I have been using a similar Charlotte Tillbury product for years and it was always a little bit orange, but this one is perfect. It goes on like a light moisturiser and stays put ALL day. It’s a perfect colour match, even after coming back from a few days in the sun. I cannot recommend it more highly!

I ordered two foundation, and was really looking forward to try the product. After patiently tracking the progress of the shipment for 13 days, my package ended up being delivered to a wrong address. The shipping company asked to contact the sender when i reached out. I contacted the smooche customer service but haven’t heard from them. It is really a frustrating experience. I want my money back.

When I received the items I wrote on the same day that I needed a refund because ingredients in the foundation posed a risk for me. I had no reply at all.
Two days ago I wrote again and have not heard anything.
I’d love to be able to talk to someone to sort the issue out. I noticed that customer service answers quickly on here so I hope we can resolve matters this way.
UPDATE: as soon as Customer Service saw this they contacted me and were really wonderful. We have mutually agreed a solution to the problem. I believe I really did get lost in the system and I’m so glad I was able to establish a connection via TrustPilot. I would definitely use this company again.

Received my foundation today, I haven’t used it yet. I was a bit disappointed with the mystery gift that came with it. They big up the offer but the mystery gift is a very small cheap plastic bag. A bit like a very small make up bag. It has smooche on it and a flimsy zip. It is white ish, dirty marks and screwed up. It would be better for them if they don’t advertise a mystery gift.

Doesn't do what it claims. It's supposed to be the only thing you need to put on your skin all day - WRONG! It's very thick & cakes, showes up every line & wrinkle, doesn’t colour match the skin at all, it made me look orange. I've used much cheaper versions of this type of foundation & had much better results. I'm very disappointed but I guess the clue is in all the other supporting products they try to upsell at point of sale & then continue to bombard you with afterwards. If I want to try a new product, stop harassing people with upselling, It's just annoying & off putting.
