The loan process was good but the after…
The loan process was good but the after wasn't the best. Sofi was suppose to pay off a debt to Rocket Loans and tried ACH - knowing that Rocket Loans doesn't receive ACH except from their clients. When I addressed this with them after a week I was told I had to wait 10 business days. I spoke to Sofi client personnel (who were hard to understand and not helpful) 5 times trying to get answers but was lied to saying that a check was sent, but they wouldn't give me check number, date, etc. Finally after 12 business days I finally got Samuel that told me the truth about the ACH - in the mean time it cost me another $166. in interest to Rocket Loan while paying interest to Sofi as well. Being lied to by the first people I talked with doesn't give you a good feeling about the company. Samuel was the most helpful and finally got it resolved after day 14.

My application was denied because I havent filed my 2025 taxes, cause my account files an extension and does'nt file until September. Even though I had the last 2 yrs of taxes.

It was all pretty easy to do
It was all pretty easy to do. It took literally less than 2 minutes to get the results of the loan application. I really like that I could choose where I wanted the money to be paid to. Everything was all finished & paid out within 24 hours. Easiest personal loan I’ve ever gotten!

They let unauthorized transactions go through then call you a liar when you say you didn't authorize them and never refund your money.

The loan we received was the most streamlined and easy process that I've ever had in 40 years. I paid with auto payment and each month I received an email prior to the date letting me know when payment would be withdrawn. Great experience.
