Great products, great experience!
It was a relief to transition from one major company who truly cared about my financial needs but was bought out. Applying with SoFi, another strong company with the same values made sense. The process was easy and I feel my scores will continue to rise with SoFi. Exception communication throughout the process.

I wanted to get rid of high interest, I’ve been dragging my feet on the matter and finally chose sofi. It was easy to look at terms and rates before chosen one. Now one payment less then the three loans combined that I paid off.

This is my second personal loan with SoFi. The reason why I chose them over other lenders was because of the wide variety of options you get to apply for one. It was also streamless and easy! This time, it was super fast! I was immediately approved, and within 2 days, all my creditors were paid! I also like the convenience of autopay, which lowers the APR, so it's a win-win! I'm thinking of taking advantage of their other loan and refi options in the future. I highly recommend them, and someone is always available to assist you. If you're considering a personal, or other type of loan, look no further than SoFi!

My loan was easy to fund
My loan was easy to fund! I was able to reduce my debt by paying off a very predatory credit card that I had to utilize for a vet emergency! There was no way I could have paid it off the way it was structured. All other debt was paid out of funds & my payments are greatly reduced. I feel less stress. So far, SoFi has kept me informed & given me some advice as well!!

The website is great, easy to use, all your info is right there and it offers other ways to help. The only negative is that I couldn't negotiate a lower payment after making a balloon payment.

Very easy app to navigate. Sofi approved my debt consolidation loan very fast. My bank I've been with for 15 years turned me down. Ive never missed a payment. Sofis interest rate was lower to.

I was able to find a lower rate on a personal loan with Sofi. The process was simple and quick. I will save money over the life of the loan, and I was able to do that with no upfront fee. I would recommend them to anyone.

It takes under 5 minutes to be approved for my loan, easy to apply and low interest ,definitely I recommend SOfI now I opened my checking account and I'm happy with the service easy to use and navigate on the site

Extremely easy to get my loan BUT...
Extremely easy to get my loan, EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to reach a human. I tried to reach a PERSON because I WA going to switch my checking and savings accounts to Sofi but reconsidered when I couldn't reach a human. Customer Service is the most important thing to me and it appears to be non existent at Sofi.

“That was Easy”
I was attempting to take out a personal loan to pay off high interest credit card debt and in all honesty did not think I would be able to get enough to actually pay all of them off. I put in all my information and I was approved! And for enough to pay all of the cards off and have a small amount left over to put away. I put in the information for funds to be sent directly to the card companies so I didn’t have to take time to pay them once the money was in the bank. Within 24 hours my extra was in the bank and I started getting emails from the card companies reporting payment made. SoFi made the process very simple, straightforward, and fast. I have recommended them to everyone I know that may need to get out of credit card debt.

SoFi was the answer and support I needed!
SoFi was the answer and the support I needed when my longest banking relationship, a Credit Union with whom I’ve had an account for over 25 years, wouldn’t even pick up the phone to discuss my application. Thank you SoFi for supporting my financial goals. The application process was intuitive and thorough, I had plenty of information presented and available to make informed decisions about my finances.
