I ordered for 'next day delivery' as the item was for my son who wanted some time to familiarize himself with it prior to his test on Tuesday. I paid the high price for it to be delivered on Saturday!! So, I receive an email from FEDEX saying it was going to be delivered on MONDAY!!! I called Sporty's they blamed it on FedEx, called FedEx, they blamed it on Sporty's !! Bottom line, I cannot get it delivered when I wanted!! Don't advertise 'next day' if it cannot be done!!

The FIRC was excellent content
The FIRC was excellent content . I will have given 5 stars if the payment method permitted my use of my credit card from overseas but the billing address field will only allow state / zip code which made my payment impossible to go through . I was unable to enter my street / usually billing address from overseas . For futures renewals I do want to stay with Sportys and hope that I won’t have that issue again .
i need help
It took 6 days to make an order and log on to my membership and 4 people . Now I took the course and the quiz - with a 92, but would not let me go on and I think the grade disappeared.

In a word... FAST! How you guys get items to me in Anchorage Alaska so fast is amazing. I suspect that you keep all you items in a warehouse next door to the UPS hub in Louisville but not sure.
