When we started SS396.com, a Ground Up Motors company, we had one thing in mind: to bring the best quality restoration parts to everyone, from the weekend driver to the 1000-point restoration. Over the years, we have grown from one person operating out of a garage to our brand new 60,000+ square foot facility in Palm Coast, Florida. Door glass parts
The parts for my door glass were delivered very quickly. The parts worked much better than the junk parts my customer bought. His parts the roller wheels broke off the first time the glass was rolled up.

I ordered the incorrect part the first…
I ordered the incorrect part the first time (never order parts in the middle of the night) and I noticed within a couple hours. I notified ss396.com right away and put in a request for return and caught the order even before it was packaged and sent. The refund on that purchase made it back to my account in reasonable time. I then reordered the correct part # and they arrived when promised.
