Extremely Disappointed With Shipping Cost
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I chose Stackry expecting a reasonable forwarding cost, but I was charged $60.97 to ship a small 2 lb package to Qatar. This is nearly the same as the price of the item itself, which cost me about $61. In other words, the shipping cost is almost equal to buying the product a second time. I compared your price with Shop & Ship, and their rate for the same weight is approximately QAR 71–107, while your charge is around QAR 222. I honestly regret choosing Stackry for this shipment. The price difference is far too large, and the final cost was completely unexpected for such a small package. I hope you seriously review your shipping rates to Qatar, because at the current pricing, your service is not competitive for small shipments. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with this experience.

International shipping rates are based on several factors, including the package's weight, dimensions, destination, and the carrier selected. We understand that shipping a single small package can sometimes feel expensive, especially when compared to the value of the item inside. Many of our customers reduce their overall shipping costs by using our free 45-day storage and package consolidation services, allowing multiple purchases to be combined into one shipment. Consolidating packages often provides much better value than shipping each item individually. Great 1 year experience with stackry
I had a really good experience with stackry for more than 1 year. With arround more than 10 packages to send from USA to France. It is very easy to fill in the informations for the package. No issue with any customs. What is more, the service was really perfect; they even found a package, which I have thought being lost after 3 months (because the shipping label did not include the unit) ! Expensive, but well deserved.

Their customer service is 10/10
Their customer service is 10/10. Each email I sent received a quick response and issues like address changes were done promptly. However, we won't be using their services again. We live in Saipan, CNMI, a US Territory in the pacific. Because we're not international, the cheapest option for shipping to our island is ground shipping through the USPS. I didn't find out until AFTER our boxes arrived at Stackry that they do not offer ground shipping with the USPS. It's disappointing and frustrating. I wish they could change this policy, I loved everything else about their services.

Fabulous Service and Smooth Consolidation!
I’ve shipped 4-5 parcels using Stackry so far, and the service has been absolutely fabulous! The package consolidation process is incredibly smooth, making it super easy to manage multiple items without any hassle. On top of that, their shipping options—especially DHL—are marvelous and surprisingly cost-efficient. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable forwarding service!
