I was disappointed with my experience. After paying $149, I later discovered an additional $120 filing fee that was not clearly disclosed during checkout. The extra charge only appeared after my payment information was already on file. As soon as I noticed the two separate charges on my credit card, I immediately contacted customer support to cancel my order. However, I was told the filing had already been submitted at approximately 2:00 a.m., even though my cancellation email was sent at 1:50 a.m. I also did not find the customer service representative, Sarah, to be helpful in resolving the issue. Based on my experience, I recommend carefully reviewing all fees before using this service.
