Beware of this service. They use predatory advertising to pop up as the first result when you search for 'Sunbiz,' making you think they are the official Florida LLC site. Once you are on their page, they tack on hidden fees that are buried in a tiny, gray box in the corner of the website. A filing that should cost less than $300 ended up costing me $620. They didn't even charge it all at once—they kept hitting my card with multiple random charges spanning over a week. To make it worse, they pre-check a box to lock you into a $200 annual recurring charge. If you don't notice and uncheck that small box to state you are your own registered agent, they will keep stealing from you year after year. This is an incredibly misleading, predatory, and dishonest business practice.

I totally regret working with state filings. I thought I was filing with the SOS of NC. It should be illegal for someone to setup a webpage that copies the state web page. I paid dearly for a lesson learned. Turns out I could have gotten my service FREE!!
0/10 would not recommend. Just use the official site and you will save time and money. IRS.gov. plus I have extra charges on my card. Not sure how that happened but I called my bank to try to get it resolved the company could not/ would not help me.

RUN AWAY AND DON’T LOOK BACK!!! All I wanted was an LLC. I did NOT want or approve any additional services. An hour after submitting my online form with this company they changed me again! And again, and again! I have 5 transactions in pending on my bank account with this company for the totals of $149, $149, $205, $150, $150. I tried to log into my “account” on their website. I used the same email and password used when creating the account and get the message saying my log in or password are incorrect and when I tap on the “forgot password” nothing happens. It says I would receive an email to reset my password but I never do. I emailed and called and got nothing. This is 100% a SCAM site set up to look like an official government webpage! Stay away! You can file your own LLC super simply through a true government site and avoid this headache I’m in right now. This company has caused my entire bank account to be frozen and I am a single mother who now can’t even buy groceries until this giant mess caused by “State Filings” is resolved!! I sincerely hope I can recover some of my funds but even if I don’t, I hope this review prevents it from happening to anyone else!
