customer service is a disaster, and the service itself is too
I don’t understand all these reviews. The customer service is a disaster, and the service itself is too. I paid for a full package and now they’re telling me I have to apply for the EIN number myself with the IRS, which I’ve done, but I haven’t had a reply for eight weeks and Swyft Filing isn’t helping at all. At the end of the day, you’re completely on your own when you actually need help. But when it comes to selling you something, they’re very good at it.

Be extremely aware using this company for any services. They have stole hundreds of dollars from us and charged our company credit card on random dates for supposed "trademark monitoring services" for trademarks that do not even exist, and their customer service refuses to refund or acknowledge their illegal activity.
