I had a couple of question for Casy (Support) and I had answers with in minutes not days. I tried another site and after 12 days without answers I gave up and used State Filings. Again what a great experience.

Ashley was very helpful in the beginning of my process of trying to get my business started but come to find out that they had hidden fees and an extra add-on that I didn’t know about. They tried to hit my credit card two different times in less than an hour due to that, I asked for a cancellation and a refund because I didn’t need extra fees and I can do it somewhere else and find somebody else to do it for me. It wasn’t Ashley‘s problem. I guess it was a program problem, or the clarification of how much is really gonna cost in the beginning.
