The clothes don’t hold up after a few washes. Even gentle cycle and air dry . . .
Several tops have shrunk once washed. The surprise of box used to be exciting now it’s a meh feeling.
Items look different in pictures compared to in person. I think actually going to the store and actually shopping is seeming to be more appealing

It was great, almost everything was right on target for my style. I’ve tried other similar companies and those didn’t not work well. I’ll definitely get another box.
I only liked the shoes on my fix. The rest looked to old or just not my style.

The stylist made every effort to find what I liked, carefully paid attention to my input, & communicated with me very well. Sometimes the fabrics weren't as nice as I would have liked, sometimes the garments, although the same size as others that had fit well, were not proportioned properly for me. The items sent were always within my chosen price range.

Stylists Ignore Profile Choices
We are prompted as customers to create a profile. This includes price limits on each item. I’ve had four fix previews and every time this limit is ignored. What is the point of this if it’s not going to be taken in to account?

I love stitch fix, I keep my size profile updated and I get a chance to try on things I may not otherwise consider. Most of the time, the fit is perfect and I don’t have to go the the store and try things on.

My stylist listens to me and very frequently chooses items I like and that fit me well. I rarely have to return items from my Fix, but if I do, the returns process is easy. I also love that someone else does the shopping for me!

I didn’t feel like my stylist read my comments. I clearly said I didn’t need jeans and what did I get, a pair of jeans. Weird. Two of the 5 pieces fit my taste and budget but I’d love to love them all. Stylists, please read your clients profile before selecting pieces for them. Don’t waste their time.
