I included some remarks on my last check out. The items picked by Stitch Fix I returned all but one. Some not seasonal, not stylish or lacked unique details. More like " Old lady " attire.
In the fix sent before the last one I requested more seasonal picks.
Frustrated. At the very start of my subscription I liked more items, they had some nice details etc. I have worn those pieces often and for years.

Stitch fix does a good job of getting my sizing right for sure. I miss the mix and match feature on the card that used to come with the fixes- the last few fixes I got seem somewhat random. Also, the shirts are super expensive now. I can get the same quality and styles of shirts from TJMaxx or Boscovs for 80% less. Also I noticed the turn around time is much shorter than it used to be.

I really like all of the items picked for me each stitch fix! I wish I could keep them all lol I like being in style with what is “in”. Otherwise I would just wear the same thing everyday. 🙄
The prices have really increased this year. Slacks there were $88 last year are now $108

I think the customer service is great! Very responsive and quick to get answers about questions! I do wish they didn’t bounce me around from stylist to stylist, had more variety, and that there was a way to swap colors in something instead of just sizes. I’ve been doing stitch fix for years now and see a lot of value and convince!

My stylist always notices my requests & works to make it happen. I like just opening the box and trying on without having to go somewhere. So convenient and almost always I like some or all of the selection!
I’m sitting in limbo with my return. I took it to the post office not realizing that I should have driven it 30 minutes to Fedex.
My order, it’s always casual clothes. Where are some of the finer things?

The variety of clothes was not great. I also didn't like that when I chose not to have something delivered from the fix, it didn't replace it with anything else. What is the point of being able to preview and choose items in your fix if you don't get a different piece of clothing sent to replace something you rejected from the preview? Overall - disappointed - not planning to order another fix anytime soon.
