My experience was great except for when I was bidding on one unit and winning the bid they took the auction off line so I could not win it.

Bought many units elsewhere, first unit with ST. Never again! Facility was completely shady ("cancelled" auction 90 minutes after it ended with me waiting in the parking lot), ST lectured me about calling them (I hadn't paid to speak with them apparently), also lectured me about showing up without an appointment. Very sketchy and shady, immediately deleted payment info and account after first interaction

This is my first time buying a storage unit and I gotta say my first experience was absolutely amazing. My storage unit was absolutely amazing and the lady running it is absolute amazing. Also, she was very kind and sweet helped me so quickly explained everything she was very professional. I will definitely be buying more storage units off of her so I gotta say this was the best experience ever I’ve been on the storage unit for little girls toys, and I’ve got lots of them.

Hello Joel, Thank you for leaving us a review! Auctions are usually canceled due to the owner of the unit paying their debt to the facility. By law, tenants have the right to pay for their unit anytime before the ends and the winning bidder arrives at the facility. When that happens, the auction must be canceled and the unit is no longer available. Unfortunately, that is something we are not able to control. Good luck with your next auction!
