Your employee
Your employee, Matthew, was very nice! He was welcoming, pleasant and very helpful. He was very professional and informative throughout our interaction. Facility was neat and clean. Only downside was that it was very warm on the 3rd. floor.

Very easy to bid
Very easy to bid. Bought my first storage unit online. Storage Treasures made it real easy to maneuver around in app. I am definitely sold on using this app.

Bidding is quick and easy
Bidding is quick and easy. Easy to use. Its not the easiest to reach a resolution if you have issues or questions. Communication between the sites and storage treasure needs severe improvements. I also would suggestion having a rules and standards for these sites that you sell for and some should be removed. Overall I've had pretty decent experience with storage treasure but here is room for improvements. I still recommend this site to others.

The bidding was a cheat
The bidding was a cheat. I maximized my bidding to $500 and it kept restarting the time multiple times trying to give someone a option to outbid me and even when nobody did… it kept adding extra time. Be true to the money. If im the highest bidder and nobody outbid me in 2 extended times i rightfully should win. Website seems greedy

What make me go tru this unit what’s my granddaughter she was sitting next to me and she saw something in this unit the she wants so I was like let me give it a try so I went and what’s ther to the end and got it it’s a little bit tricky cause u have other people trying to bit against u so if u don’t but effort on something it would never get done but I also have fun it’s like playing a game u loose or u win but I wasn’t trying to loose I was gonna do everything so they know went I want something I would get it ty for giving me the appreciation and the aportunity to make this happen….

It's a nice app
It's a nice app. Bad thing you really don't know if the storage place does bidding too. And they don't let you pay the won units online. So if you won a unit, you're still risking it for them to cancel it (especially if you're driving 3 hours to find out they canceled the one you won).

Storage treasures offers the most units to choose from.
Storage treasures makes it easy to place bids and make payments for a wide range of units. More than any other platform offers. Only had a few issues that mainly falls on the fault of the storage facilities. Customer service with storage treasures is good, but sometimes takes longer to speak to a person over the phone when waiting at a unit. I am a pro business account, its worth the extra few bucks.

There's pretty much no customer…
There's pretty much no customer support. Even being a premium member i also one time got my account suspended. No one tried to call me no one emailed me to say anything. Just take the storage. People's word at the end of the day, it was a misunderstanding. But they don't even try to get ahold of you. Never got back holding me. This is how I make my livelihood. So that's very frustrating.
