Omg I am very pleased with my wig purchases! These days you can never trust how the photos look online lol but I can assure yall it’s accurate. Hair quality is 5 star ⭐️ the way I like it. It’s dense thick not thin at all. The lace is fine. You might need to bleach or tint to your skin tone but I’m very pleased. My first time with the baby hair wigs so I will have to learn how to work with it. Very natural looking. Communication with the seller’s team is awesome! Took about 2 weeks total
The hair is great quality, density is exactly what I order. The natural baby hair is amazing. I washed it upon arrival and deep condition it before the install. I put leave in conditioner and water in a spray bottle. I sprayed the hair and also applied loddy body moose.
UPDATEEEEE......: my review above was before installing this is my review after installing "horrible" the back of the neck hair matte up badly. So after a few days of wear i took it out and washed and deep conditioned it again same thing happened. This is crazy how these companies send you hair that looks great before you install it. A complete waste of over $150 i will change my star 🌟 on this review. They did reach out and ask me to give a review upon arrival and I did after washing it and they gave a $9 reward for the review but I'm not lying to folks about no company this hair i received was horrible after installing it and wearing it a few days.

I absolutely love this hair. I ordered two wigs, the Blonde Highlights Body Wave Human Hair Wig with bangs and 300% Density Popping Curly Glueless HD Lace Front Wig Pre Bleached Ready to Go Human Hair Wig - 16 inch. Both wigs are so beautiful, full and I did not have to do much. I can wear right out the bag. My 1st time ordering but it won't be my last. I am truly happy with my purchase. My experience with subella hair was a good one,I was really anxious about my delivery arriving on time and the company kept reassuring me ,the hair is good quality it doesn't shed ,it does need you to add more layers and curl it a bit to achieve the style shown on the picture
I purchased the 2 wig bundle, one curtain bang wig & a curly one. The curtain bang wig was falsely advertised and the company stated that I would have to style the wig myself in order to get the curtain bang look. The wig had bangs, but very thin ones. There were hardly any layers as shown in the photos. I don’t know about you, but when I purchase a wig, I don’t purchase it to style it as in cut layers into it. I’m not a hairstylist.
It took them a while, but I finally got them to accept the wigs back, even after putting it on my head and straightening half of the curtain bang wig due to the false advertisement. They wanted to try again and exchange the wig out, but I refused.
I received my full refund and will not do business with this company in the future. I wrote a review on their website on the item and it never showed up so be mindful for all of the good reviews that are shown. They are in intentionally manipulating the reviews. 
I would give this zero stars but I had to put something. Don’t buy these products. They are false advertisement and when you get the hair it’s damaged and they won’t give you a refund
The wig they are advertising is not the wig they sent me. The cap is to small the baby hair is to short the density of the hair is too thin the curl pattern is not the same. I want a full refund.
They deleted my review from the website. The edges will just peal right off the lace Do Not Buy! You can’t even use a flat iron its fake hair, not real as advertised. Shedding lot crazy esp since you can comb the hair right off the lace without even trying.

I want to share my highly disappointing experience with Sabella Hair Shop, which is based in China. I purchased a wig that has been a nightmare since I received it.
First and foremost, the quality of the hair is appalling—it sheds everywhere and doesn't even fit the the base of my neck head properly. The wig is poorly constructed and lacks proper earpieces, making it even more problematic for everyday wear, especially for someone who wears glasses.
Customer service is practically nonexistent. I’ve reached out via email, text messages, and phone calls, only to be ignored. They have blocked me from contacting them! It's utterly frustrating to be left with a product that does not meet even the most basic expectations while having no means to resolve the issue.
I’ve had this wig for just two weeks, and I’m already disputing the charge with my bank to get my money back. I encourage everyone to think twice before purchasing from Subella Hair Shop. They are also on Instagram under @subellahairwigs and sell on TikTok, but I highly recommend avoiding them if you value your money.

Do not buy from this company. The wig looks NOTHING like the advertisement. No return label to send this piece of crap back. I’m on a fixed income and was gifted the money to get this, I pray I can get my money back!

My two hats(wigs) arrived in a timely manner. I love the textures very soft (curly waves, natural straight 4c). The 4c natural one really, really look like my hair did groing up until it turned salt and pepper😂. I love to change up my hair styles often, so these hats are gladly welcome to my family.
The babyhairs could have been better, but I really dont like that look too much anyway, so I will just put on a head band.
They did not send over quality hair. The item did not look like the picture. They are very responsive to email, which is nice, but they were not willing to provide any reasonable assistance.
I love the hair I love the quality and shipping was fast..my only complaint would be I wish the lace were 13/4 instead..but I'll order from Subella again
Different wig arrived to the one advertised. Short layers at the front - not advertised and made it difficult to style. No support to return or rectify. Waisted my money please beware!!!!
