I wore the wig once for 2 days, took it off and washed it and it matted up into one big dreadlock! Didn't go swimming or do anything out of the ordinary! Tried to deep condition it and that didn't work! Had to throw a 300 wig that I wore for 2 days away! Now they are trying to blame it on me and offer me 35.00!!! I have worn wigs for 13 years and know how to take care of them, I've had human hair wigs that I have kept and worn for almost 2 years. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Before I bought the braided boho wig from this company I did my due diligence asking all the right questions especially if it completely human hair ancan it be dyed. Once the unit was washed it became a matted mess on the ends, tangled, and shedding when you comb it. Used non alcohol products and nothing works. Hair looks cute while it wet but quickly dries and rectangles. I know it purely synthetic because it stretches like synthetic. So very disappointed after it had good reviews. I should have canceled because it took forever to receive. Over $200 dollars down the drain!! Buyer beware!!👎👎👎👎
Worst wig I ever purchased comes out in chunks I reached out to Them they offered $45 I spent over $296 I was so hurt I sent photos and simply asked for a replacement wig it came out pack super dry smelly if I could give zero I would
I really love my unit, I wanted it customize to a honey blonde color. They did it for me and the color was exactly what I wanted even the 4C edges. The hair quality was very good. And the customer service was professional, prompt and courteous. I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

I already bought a wig and reviewed it. Loved it soo much I ordered a second. The wigs did not hold up at all. Out the box it was perfect and I loved it, over time as I wore and tried to maintain the wig using hydrating shampoo and a hair mask, the hair completely dried out and sadly was never the same after. At the time I was a different wig from a different company with the same products and the wig from another company did not fall apart. After the wash the subella wig would shed randomly, it became very dry.. no matter what I put in it, the wig would not go back to the state it was when I took it out the box or even close, it became harder to style and would create birds nest behind my neck when I was just standing !!!! I loved the wig out the box and I was devastated when it became unusable. ( the wig from another company did not suffer the dry fate )
