Avoid at All Costs, $80 Lost Due to Negligence
EDIT: I was refunded for my trouble but I am still keeping the score low as this issue should have never happened. I literally speak Chinese and gave instructions that could not be mistranslated and even gave parts of them in Chinese yet there was still a mistake made. I placed an order for a fragile item and provided very specific packaging instructions, which I reiterated multiple times. Although their customer support team confirmed they would follow these instructions, they ultimately ignored them without informing me. When the item arrived, it was completely damaged beyond repair. Customer service was unhelpful, repeatedly blaming the delivery service or suggesting I should have bought item protection, despite falsely assuring me they'd follow my packaging instructions. If they'd been transparent about the situation, I would have paid for protection without thinking. After numerous back-and-forth discussions, the most they’ve offered is an insulting 50 Yuan coupon for an item that cost me over 500 Yuan. This is completely unacceptable for an order of this level and makes me question if they even care about their customers at all. I am furious with the treatment I've received as someone who has spent hundreds with this company. I strongly advise against purchasing from them, as their primary concern seems to be profit, not customer satisfaction.
