PLS PLS PLS NEVER EVER EVER USE. wanted to buy alot of things from taobao. then saw a somewhat "reliable" youtuber saying to never order through taobao without an agent and to use sugargoo. so i used sugargoo paid ~200-300$ for everything. everything seemed legit they even sent photos of my items that they put in the package. i ordered in april 2022. HOWEVER IT NEVER ARRIVED. I checked with AUstralia post several times and they said there was some issue from the senders part. IN THE END DO NOT USE SUGARGOO THEY SCAMMED ME AND WOULD NOT EVEN REFUND ME THEY KEEP SAYING "SORRY I AM WAITING FOR LOGISTICS" AND TO "PLS WAIT". absolute scammers. i hope karma bites your crusty toes and that u will suffer in the future. Don't scam. its cringe. i ordered in april 2022 and now feb 2023 and still nothing recieved and no refund. SCAMMERS thank u. ps i have ordered tonnes of items (After this inccident) through taobao directly and have had no problems and it is way cheaper. u just have to get google translate to help. and it is way safer as well. this year in august i ordered shoes worth 50$. After one watch I got a payment of 50$ which I had to pay for shipping so far so good. After 2 months the package did not arrive so I started to contact the management. They looked at it with the Chinese post office 4 months later I received a message that my package was probably lost. Then they wrote that they will return the refund to my sugargoo account. looked it up and i got 3$ then i wrote them wisso i got 3$ when i paid 100$. I received a reply to this question saying that they can only send the 3$ as they don't seem to have anything to do with this money and they will refund the shipping cost which is 50$ but I only got 3$ the reason is not clear to me why I didn't get at least the 50$ back. With this review I ask everyone for their own protection not to order from sugargoo I order very often packages even from far away and always got all my money back when a package was lost! DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE AND AVOID SUGARGOO!

They have ways to scam you to keep topping up because the next bigger order might work, yet they never use the funds you upload to make actual purchases. Confirmed with a seller on TaoBao that they didn't even try.

Never got shoes or $103 back. Took advantage of my teenager. They wanted over $100 for shipping... that wasn't disclosed up front and they won't refund the money! I'm going to leave reviews everywhere I can to hopefully help others not get scammed.
Would give them 0 if I could. They are scammers that make up bs and tell you to top up your account for additional charges that came up but promise "you can refund after we ship it" then take all your money and keep piling on excuses trying to get you to pay more. Scummy scammers
Worst Site and Company I've dealt with I was in a serious car crash and was in a coma for nearly 5 month 4 and 1/2 months to be exact. I woke up and it too me another month to get back to my usual self and it struct me that I have hundreds worth of goods in my sugargoo wharehouse. So I told support that I was in a coma and asked them to not destroy my products. So i slowly started too ship out my products and today went to ship out 6 items and was told they had been destroyed because I took too long to pay. They were around $250 usd worth of items I very very pissed off and I just get a sorry. I told them about my coma and was told that I would be given an extension but this wasnt communicated to the wahrehouse. F*uck you sugarogoo
Overall experience is fine. I have some complaints, as some of my requests were not fulfilled by the agent. Customer support is fine as well, not too fast to answer, but they seem to care about you, especially compared to other agents. Also slightly less expensive than other agents, but not the cheapest. Would recommend.

all i can say is this agent is cheap but so0000ooo sh!tttt, i used to run a dropshipping business with them, at the start eveything was alright, until then they started taking money from my balance, also telling me that the product's price has changed and took about 40 yuan on 23 orders thats about £130, they kept taking little amounts from my balance until i realised it!! not only that, they started to take over 7 days to ship out my orders!! basically ended up with so many unhappy customers and had to do so many refund ending up losing over 70% of the profit i made from my little business! :(((( ughjhh customer service is really a p!sst@ke
