Cant cancel membership. This company does a good job at hiding the fact you have a subscription. They don’t remind you of any payment changes or upcoming charges unless you remember. When I tried canceling last year they wouldn’t let me until I paid for the next year. After paying I remember not being able to cancel straight away, so I forgot about it. Now the end of the financial year is here and once again they haven’t contacted me and have also raised the price by $20 without letting me know. Same situation as last year, can’t cancel until I pay this current. DO NOT GIVE CARD DETAILS TO THIS COMPANY

Have used this program for several years. Initially it was ok but recently seems terrible in terms of accuracy and support availability. Costs keep rising as transactions are cumulative over years. I would sign up with someone else.

Last year I bought what I believed was a one off access for crypto tax calculator. Turned out it was a yearly subscription, which i didn't realise until I received me receipt today for $400 taken out of my account. Was pretty annoyed, but contacted support and it was sorted out very quickly and easily. Payment refunded and subscription cancelled.

I have just rejoined Summ crypto tax, after a few years out of crypto and have had quite a few things I needed to solve. The website is so professional and their support very efficient.
In particular I had fantastic attention from Glenn, who was always happy to help me no matter the question and also did so very promptly, particularly as it was end of Fin year.

Update - Got contacted by Summ and they fixed my problem, not a easy trip but we got there..
I've used Summ for 2 years the experience was good the first year but 2nd year was horrible, Solana staking rewards sync has been down for 3 months with no resolution. Whats frustrating is dealing with the customer service, I'm not sure they care. Here are some quotes from them
Q: Can I expect it to be fixed before tax time?
A:"Just to set expectations: the team prioritises bugs based on how many users are affected, and this one hasn't been flagged as high priority at this stage, so I can't give a firm timeline"
Q: There are 1000+ transactions and I dont have the technicial capability thus my subscription to Summ
A: "have you actually given it a go yourself? It's genuinely more straightforward than it sounds — no technical skills needed, just a spreadsheet with your transaction data. Here's the guide again"
Q: Can you export it for me and I'll review?
A: "Unfortunately that's not something we're able to help with on our end — manually extracting or doing the import on your behalf is outside the scope of what our support team covers"
Summ is a crypto tax calculator, and I'm paying for a complete and accurate tax report. A report that's missing months of staking income isn't a slightly-incomplete report for tax purposes it's unusable, because a half-finished tax position is no better than none

I've been with these guys a while, and my latest queries were handled swiftly by Gilbert. My Tax Agent, loves that I get finalised Tax reports from SUMM :-)
Gelo has been amazing in his support to help fix a few issues I've had, mainly concerning missing transactions, which were causing inaccuracies in my Summ reporting.
