Amazing service. Had a very complicated tax situation myself with digital assets (1000s of txns, many pages, many reports) and with the new complicated filing guidelines for Digital Assets in 2025, I couldn't have asked for a better service. Made my complex situation simple. Great live assistance too. Gilbert helped me through every single step in the live chat during my filing. Before I started I was very frustrated and confused, after getting live support and using SUMM, I had clarity and peace in relation to my crypto taxes. Highly highly recommend.
After trying basically every other crypto tax company, I was very distraught that none of them, worked completely. My literal last hope was trying SUMM. And I cannot extoll the virtues of Summ, enough. Every wallet, and account I have, Summ was able to connect to, and sync; which no other company or product could do. A few occasions where there was an incomplete transaction, customer service helped me out, and showed me how to edit, and add the missing incomplete transactions. Customer service representative Gelo, was a great help to me. Customer service is amazing, with SUMM. Finally, a company that cares, and is helpful. Amazing product.

SUMM is a very reliable service and its human assistants are always there to support and assist you. I recently had an issue with my portfolio, but Gelo (Angelo) thoroughly followed my case and provided me with all the necessary steps, until the final resolution has been reached. I highly recommend their service.
If the one time you need customer support, and they are there, you begin to appreciate that a company stands behind their product and services. SUMM does. My rep, Alvin, exceeded all expectations that one might expect for customer service - professionalism, helpfulness, listener, and problem solver. After more than 5 years using the product, I finally had a need for customer support. Because of the time value of the support received to address my issues, I actually renewed my annual trader subscription just because of his excellence.

Gilbert was great but overall it's tough to only have chat support. UI was buggy which created part of the problem, and I had an issue with a previous account that took a bit more to solve than it should have. Having entered into Crypto auto trading, I soon found out I was faced with an extensive and complex task of reconciliation for tax purposes. I was pleasantly surprised to find that SUMM provided an effective affordable program using trade data supplied though CSV or API from the various platforms I used. A few teething problems on my side, but excellent support assistance soon resulted in a complete capital gains report for accountants or ATO direct.

I would be insane not to use Crypto Tax Calculator (now called Summ), the prospect of pulling together all of my wallet based transactions is not appealing at all! Once I show Summ my wallet addresses, it rips through and does all of the aggregations and creates tax scenarios, it also highlights where there is missing data to help connect all the pieces. It's a high integrity process, recognised by accountants and the ATO which is probably the most simple part. Easy to use, creates reports that you can send to your accountant or use yourself to filling the all important taxation figures. It's worth every cent or Satoshi!
The response by Vivi at the Summ organization to my complaint was prompt, friendly, and professional. Its rare to find responsive customer service that relies heavily on automated responses. Vivi did this by informing me of the policy, why my request for a refund was outside the 7 day window normally enforced, but made sure my special circumstances were taken into account before promptly setting in motion the refund process.
As an accountant, this software compiled all the 'income' and 'gains' data for my client, and the produced a simple 'one-page' summary with all the info i needed to enter on their Self-Assessment. This client was using multiple wallets across multiple platforms for trading crypto, with thousands of transactions (some sold for USD, some exchnaged for other crypto). If it weren't for CTC/Summ we'd have had absolutely no chance of calculating his CGT accurately. Worth every penny!

I used Summ for the first time for SA 2024-25 reporting. Frankly, it saved me a lot of time and hassle, especially since it syncs automatically with Coinbase and Kraken - very useful, as I was running bots on those two exchanges with a significant transaction volume. Considering the complexity of what the software does under the hood, it is remarkably easy to use and well-documented with in-app tooltips and a thorough knowledge base. The Portfolio feature is very useful for tracking one's capital allocations as well. Imo the subscription is worth the money.
I had an issue and Gilbert was able to fix the problem. The chat system seems to work well and they are responsive.
