It was great service however, the delay in delivery of the items was a bit tedious.

Ink washed off in laundry

I ordered 3 shirts and after receiving them and wearing them I washed them and when they came out the ink had flaked off the shirt and on to the other clothes in my laundry

Be aware purchase not guaranteed

Had a shirt a partner had bought me as a gift & needed to replace the shirt from a washing machine accident. Found the design, went through all the order & got my confirmation. Two days later I receive an email informing me my design was no longer available and I would be refunded my money. I understand that I have my money, but it sucked to get through the entire process and be told later that it wasn’t available yet still the design was showing on the site.

Excellent customer service

SunFrog has so many great products. Unfortunately I had a problem with the cart when checking out (coupon processing failed) and my total price was too high. I contacted customer service about the problem, and SunFrog resolved the problem immediately, satisfied in less than 24 hours. Excellent! I will be back to shop at SunFrog because their great customer service makes up for any shortcomings in their online checkout process. And because SunFrog makes a lot of cool stuff! Thank you :)

Great shirt, great price, fast shipping. Son’s favorite shirt ever!

hoodies

a few years back I bought 6 hoodies. the quality of the material was very good. it was thick and warm and the price was very reasonable. I ordered two more a couple of weeks ago. I was really disappointed with the quality of the material. it was very very thin and the price was really high. I kept them but I don't know about ordering any more. but time will tell. I hope the quality of the material gets better. thank you.
