The print has been significantly damage at first wash.

The shirt fits nicely, but....

The shirt fits nicely. The quality is good. But the white ink was applied so thin that the lettering looks speckled with the black shirt showing thru the lettering. Not like other shirts we have purchased from you.

I always love ordering from SunFrog their hoodies are always high quality and the designs come out great and hold up after multiple washes. I got my order in a timely manner. I would highly recommend SunFrog.

Good customer support

Initially the tee was the incorrect size (M and I ordered L ) so I contacted customer service . No problem, sent me the larger size quite promptly . No complaints much except the transfer print quality was rough. I don’t know about wash or wear quality as it was a present.

Not good at all

Sent 2 photos in for a t shirt for Christmas gift. Could not get the photos to resize on the website, so included instructions as to size I wanted with the lettering I asked for. They sized the letters but left the photos as is, which were about 1”x1”. Needless to say this looked really awful and stupid. Ordered elsewhere on Etsy and was perfect.

Past experiences have been a lot better in the ordering part, tried using 3 different discount codes (2 of which didn't work hopefully the 3rd did) one order just didn't go through and I'm not sure yet if my last attempt has worked.

Love the Ron Swanson tshirt i ordered for my husband for Christmas! Good quality cotton fabric and the icons are deeply printed. He loves it too. It came on time in spite of the crazy shipping times I had to put up with for other companies.

I have have received the product and it is great quality. However, Your customer service is lacking. I ordered the shirt on the 15th of December and it was expected to arrive, according to your email, between 19 and 25. When it didn't arrive, I waited 4 more days before I contacted you. I was then told that the shirt color was out of stock and would not be available again until the middle of Jan. and given the option of a refund or changing the color of the shirt. If I hadn't contacted you, how long would it been before someone let me know there was an issue with my original order?

Unsure of future purchase
