I bought a shirt here before, no problem. I ordered another one & it came with a hole in it at the front. I sent a picture & emailed twice, no response so threw the shirt out.

I ordered their product as a Christmas gift and it never arrived. The tracking info said it was sent back to Sunfrog due to a bad address. I tried calling Sunfrog and their phone isn’t working, and I emailed them with absolutely no reply. I have no idea if I’ll ever get my item or get my money back. Not a great way to do business.

I always like dealing with SunFrog. They have just what I am looking for and the only place to get our annual family reunion "Team" sweatshirts. Their shirts are a little pricey, after the shipping, duty and dollar conversion, but they are excellent quality. Shipping is quick and I have never had to return any products.

20+ days since order, missed Christmas
Ordered a mug on Dec 5th, they didn’t even ship it until Dec 18th, so completely missed Christmas. Is due to be delivered sometime before end of year. Their website and email confirmation said ships within 3-5 business days. Clearly cant manage their own business. Highly disappointed and will never order again. When you get an order out that late, common sense would suggest overnight services.
