Sadly my order for walking dead did not arrive however Sunfrig were very swift with a refund which I greatly appreciated all my other orders have been swift and I have been very happy with the quality of the various TShirts

Customer service? What a joke. No phone number to call, they have not returned 2 emails I’ve sent. I’ll never order from them again

Too long a wait
I ordered 2 shirts and found out that they wouldn't arrive until after Christmas. I quickly wrote an email asking to cancel my order, but still have not heard back.
NON-DELIVERY
I was supposed to receive my order no later than today, but I DID NOT receive it, nor any correspondence to notify me that it had been shipped (date, tracking number, etc.) If this order has not been shipped, I would like to cancel it and get a full refund.

We have dealt with sunfrog for years and always had great luck until 2020 ,first sent wrong size , no big deal right ? Send emails 3 to be exact , no response at all not sure what happened to sunfrog but they have lost a long time customer

The website was a little difficult to checkout didn't understand why I had to many addresses.
Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I placed an onder Nov 27 in hopes of giving as Christmas gifts. Two weeks came and went, with no email, communication, anything from Sunfrog. Finally I reached out to find out when I could expect to receive my items, and I'm told they don't have 2 out of 3 of the items I purchased in stock. I am very irritated at the fact that had I not sent them an email, when would I had been notified about the out of stock items. I requested a full refund for everything I order, hopefully I will receive that in a timely fashion. I will never do business with Sunfrog again, nor recommend them to anyone else.
