This company are a “gnikcuf ekoj and their phone answering system are exactly the same. When you place order there is no response and you can’t get to a real person. The answering system just keeps silent. After more than 6 weeks they send me an email saying they can’t fulfill my order. Please don’t waste your time and effort from this company, they are a “SCAM COMPANY” You will not get what you are trying to order. “F” this company, what a Stupit company. STAY AWAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. It’s not even a home improvement business, it’s just a search engine looking for those items you thought you would not find anywhere else. That’s why they don’t have any humans communicating with you when you call or email. In fact, this company advertises itself as a technology company under the ‘About Us’ section of their website. The fact that they tell you, only after you made the order, that they will need 14 days just to see if they have the item that they had already advertised in their website tells you there is something fishy. Either you have the item or you don’t. Any business that provides misleading information and can’t communicate is a scam.

This company has absolutely no customer service. Placed an order two weeks ago and it is still in pending status. You can't speak to a real person and the AI responses give me no answers. I think I have been scammed. Do not use them!

Is this a scam???? If you read the reviews, most reviewers are talking about the ordering process and not receiving the product. SA sends out an email encouraging you to review (in exchange for free shipping) before ever processing the order, let alone receiving the item. Has anyone actually received their correct order? Customer service AI will not let you speak to a human and I’ve seen A LOT of people on Reddit and elsewhere talk about never receiving their orders. I’m still waiting to hear about my order… I think this company is a scam.

I’m here with an update from previous review! It’s been 21 days not including weekends and my order still says pending! Unable to talk to an actual person and automated system never lets you get through it just hangs up! I have sent a few emails and no response! My order was a few dollars off $500, hoping they don’t charge me! This site seems like a complete scam!!!
