If this is the same Steven, he's worked on servers I've had over, what...10 years now? (it seems like it anyway). He's always prompt, always polite, always willing to answer all my questions and explain how I can handle things myself while saying "If you're not comfortable, let us know and we'll do it" (paraphrased of course). He took care of our issue quickly and I've been able to tell my friends that playtime is back on.
Everyone is great at Survival, but it seems poor Steven gets stuck with me a lot. I appreciate his help more than I can articulate.
Absolutely best servers I have used, Once operational it is smooth. If you have any hiccups they are fairly quick to respond to errors and help you through it. Peter recently explained to us how to reset, load a back up, and update our server. Which fixed the errors we were having.
Now the website on the other hand is terrible and needs a serious update. It is sluggish most days and hard to get to your control panel. But once you do, you are good to go. Don't let this discourage you from trying one of their servers. We can only hope that one day they get this updated.
I have used a few different server rental websites this is by far the best one. I was having some trouble adding some mods to my server. Stephen came and quickly helped me resolve my issues. This is the only server rental website where the staff actually help you and will get to the bottom of your problem. I would highly recommend and I definitely will keep using.
