I would strongly suggest against using utilizing this server host.
I would strongly suggest against using Survival Servers to host any games. I used utilized them for 3 years and consistently had one problem after another with 0 ownership or accountability on their part.
- Their team was generally good at handling these problems within 24-48h.
-But when your having multiple issues a month where you go to hop onto a game on Friday with your friends, only to find out OH NO, the server your game is hosted on isn't active any more, so you have to wait 24+ hours for a response, and then for them to transfer it to a new server. Because they don't transfer thing automatically when they deactivate a node?
-Or better, when you pay for a server for a new game on a Friday, their system automatically installs it on a inactive IPS... and they don't fix it until Sunday afternoon.
-The issues weren't frequent 3 years ago, or even two. But over the past 12 month (unsure what brought about these changes) their service has gone down hill massively.
-Went to hop on a server I've paid for yearly for the past 3 years (icarus), not only had their system wiped my entire server (saves and all) but the server wouldn't launch. After some back and forth over 2 days (with them ignoring my complaints about constant issues). They not only refused to offer credit time for how long my server had been unplayable (in total this year, my Icarus server has been unplayable for 5 weeks/16 weeks). They also refused to offer a pro-rated refund to just shut the server down.
-I have since moved to BisectHosting which appears to be leagues ahead. sfpt vs ftp, can have up to 4 servers in storage (with 1 active) for one cost, very fast customer service, and a ton of other modern features.
This is the first time I had a server using this company an issue arised they responded immediately and Steven had it fixed on a Saturday within an hour I plan on using them for my servers moving forward again thanks Steven

Started my first dayz server knowing nothing about running a server or admin. No matter the problem I had with installing mods or general server settings the support team was very fast. They addressed every issue I had and my server was up in running in no time. Thanks Steven your the man.
