So far Peter has been my main man when it comes to support on Survival servers. Soulmask Shifting Sands Launched so brand new 1.0 launch and I was able to play in the same day thanks to him. The only host site I've not gotten frustrated with service wise.
I have had several servers hosted by Survival Servers. Their support and service is top notch in my opinion. Today I had a question regarding server restarts and asked their support to check on why my server didn't start back up after the automated server restart in the early morning and within 15-30 minutes I received a reply from Peter at survival servers. He explained to me what had possibly happened and that they would keep an eye on the next server restart to see if it happens again to look further into it. I have never had a hosting server service offer to do that. They are clearly very eager to make sure that any and all problems are resolved quickly! Thank you Peter for your quick response and diligence in making sure our experience with survival servers is top notch! Please keep up the amazing work!

Hey Michael, really sorry about this. Windrose is still in early access and the devs have been shipping stability patches, with the latest (0.10.0.2.54) going out today focused on crashes. Paid for a PREMIUM server 2 days ago and have had nothing but issues. Poor perfomance and constant crashing. After a crash the server will no restart andis down for hours before I get a responce from a support ticket. In the last two days server has been down or unplayable for over 10 hours.
Hey Anthony, sorry for the rough experience. The world data not carrying over on the datacenter move was our mistake, and we've already changed the process so it backs up before migrating. The crash and restart issues were tied to Windrose itself being in early access with known stability problems across all hosts. Your full refund went through earlier today and we sent the latest world file so you can keep your progress. If you ever want another shot on a different game, reach out and we'll take care of you.

Set up a Soulmask server and ended up having a small snag restarting the server after a steam update. Got a hold of the support staff and quickly was able to resolve the issue, thank you so much Peter!

I recently paid for a premium hardware dedicated Icarus server from Survival Servers and had some problems from the get go. After a couple of tickets with their customer support team, we managed to get everything figured out. The final problem was fixed with the help of Steven who was quick to reply and knowledgeable about all of the problems I was having. All of the team members that assisted me were kind and understanding and very patient which I often find rare when dealing with customer support teams of some other companies in my experience. But most of all I found it refreshing how fast they were to respond to my tickets. Usually within an hour at most I get a response which is so rare with customer support these days. I highly recommend giving Survival Servers a try if you are looking to open a dedicated game server regardless of what game it is. It can be pricey to pay for a game server but very much worth it in the long run.

Competent and nice support The supporters are actually quite nice, quick and competent (at least my dude Peter who helped me cancelling my subyscription). The server's are decent aswell and I never had any troubles.
