There’s been no shipping update in 7 days which I read could possibly happen due to weather and what not…However, I’m not sure where my order is coming from but it was at some point an hour away from my house and then I read on the tracking email that it was then on a plane …I’ve emailed them twice today with no response, I will not be ordering from them again which is sad because I’ve read some really good reviews on the company…UPDATE, they finally sent me an email asking if I want a replacement, and to let them know right away and I did and of course, no reply back! This shop is a joke! Worst customer service ever and now I have to reorder my husband something for Fathers Day in hopes it will be here on time! 12, TWELVE emails and only one reply from them, it seems they only reply when you leave a bad review on here…Don’t waste your time or money or energy on this shitty ass place!
