I’m only using the training and it’s great, doable work-outs. Clearly explained, well guided. The burst of training in the morning gives me a great start to the day. Simply love it.

Video advertising the One & Done seven…

Video advertising the One & Done seven minute exercise, was really good. I purchased it, but then, as I got on to see the routine on how to do it, I was very overwhelmed by all the other programs that you were pushing so hard to sell, and I couldn’t even get to the program I’ve purchased. That was very frustrating. Made it feel very commercial and not user-friendly. You’ll see in my file that I have purchased a program from you in the past, sadly, I couldn’t even get to the program and never used it once so that’s what I’m talking about. Is you push too much sales immediately, make it more user-friendly the customer needs to be satisfied with what they bought and how to use it without being overwhelmed by PR, more programs. After an hour and a half and help from a girl on your phone line I finally got there. I have now done the first class that I signed up for today. Please more user friendly feel free to call me with questions or more information. Thank you

Disgraceful

Not great! Paid a One-Time Payment of £26.40 for a 7 minute Workout Program. This was not received and instead 7 days later took a further £40.00 from my PayPal account without my consent.

I like the quick simple exercises

I like the quick simple exercises. I can do them in the morning before work. There is lots of communication, they are in constant contact with hints and available for questions.

Love the workouts and the ability to watch the demo prior to doing the actual workout. The video to join the program was entirely way too long and I didn’t appreciate all the extra attempts to get more of my money

Good beginner workouts. Navigating to what i need in the app can be challenging.

Demo videos & motivation

There’s a demo video before each workout so you really can’t get these moves wrong. Instructor is very encouraging and does all of the counting and timing for you. I didn’t feel alone and the 7 mins go quick!

i like the workouts

i like the workouts, the time, the focus of them. it was really difficult to get started, to figure out where to start and how to continue. i finally realized after doing a couple they check off the ones you did. a lot of talking...would have liked more actual walking me through how to utilize the website, where to start (showing right on the website). i also really dislike how much there was to work through before (and still) buying the program. i felt like i was one big sales pitch. i understand you have to have sales...but it is truly overkill and a big turn off for me.

Ability to be successful

I really enjoy the workouts and all the resources….. nutrition, videos, community. I have been successful in doing the workouts and the demo videos are super helpful. So far I have enjoyed the one in done program and the app.

Meredith is awesome! Love the one and done workouts. However, wish I could see whole screen. That’s my only complaint.
