Product arrived damaged, and initially only offered $3 refund for a $47 product, and said its company policy that they cannot refund more than that. When I asked for a replacement instead, they insisted I pay for the delivery fee. Then when I asked for a refund under their own 90 day policy they refused again, and did not reply any further. Please do not buy from this company, you will be wasting your money.

If no stars was an option that's what they would get. BEWARE of this company. I ordered 2 custom travel mugs. Order came there was a typo on each. I reached out they asked for photos. Which were sent. They sent an email saying the typo was fixed. After several emails to which they continually said typo was fixed but never sent the correct products i paid for. They flat out refused unless I paid shipping for their error. They NEVER RE-IMBURSED products, never sent correct product. I have the orginal purchase order which shows their error and defective mugs. Months later I still have defective mugs which were to be Christmas presents, no refund, never received what I actually paid for. I should not have to pay more money tor their error. DO NOT BUY HERE. To refresh your memory it is order 1847061252. They even tried to pretend they can not communicate in English. Which had been exposed. If a company stands by product and error is proven it's on them. The processing time is ridiculous, the website says 3-5 days for production and 5-12 for shipping but it was almost two months after I ordered before I received my purchase. The quality is a C at best, not worth what I paid for it. The leather of the wallet feels cheap and stiff. The moon phase light is nothing more than cheap plexiglass with stickers.
