TAZAPAY TURNED OUT TO BE A PARTY TO A FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION AND I LOST $120.00 TO A SCAM THEY HELPED PERPETUATE. I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY TOLD ME HOW TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE/PAYMENT TO A COMPANY I HAD NEVER HEARD OF. LATER THEY INFORMED ME THAT BECAUSE MY BANK WAS INVOLVED THEY CONSIDERED MY CLAIM "NULL AND VOID."
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE; THEY APPEAR TO BE AS CROOKED AS THE COMPANY I BOUGHT FROM AND THE "MIDDLE MAN" THEY PAID.
I AM STILL DISPUTING THE CHARGE WITH VISA AND IF TAZAPAY TURNS OUT TO BE A LEGITIMATE COMPANY I HOPE THEY CAN GET THEIR MONEY BACK.

Sorry that you might have misunderstood what we meant as it might not have been worded in the best way possible.
We can't process your dispute because the bank has already opened a dispute on your behalf and is pending for investigation.
As such, we cannot open another dispute case for you but we will let you know once the investigation is completed.
Easy way to pay for IndiaMart purchases and very reassuring. Didn't need to sign up with an account, just type in my credit card details. Fees were fairly low, acceptable. I got an update saying that Tazapay received a copy of the receipt for shipping & confirmation number when it was put in the mail in India. And the payment was held in the custodial account until the item hit US customs. In the end, I received my item as ordered. I'll definitely use Tazapay again and probably use it exclusively whenever I buy on IndiaMart. Took a lot of worry off of paying a lot of money on IndiaMart.

Also, upon checking the provided escrow number, it seems like the package has already been delivered to you yesterday (June 8, 2022).
