Your device has not worked properly since I received it. I had major problems getting tech support to respond and only finally got a response through instagram. Now they have quit responding on there. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND WILL BE LETTING EVERYONE KNOW ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA SITES.

Would rate a 5, yet one order of dashboard display with ambient lights does not yet function properly via electronic connections prior to install, and after early troubleshooting with customer service. Outcome resolution now pending their decision to replace, return or refund….

I wish I could offer a positive review following the purchase to an Auto-Frunk for my Juniper Model Y. I've had issues with the installation, and used their support and service email addresses to get some help. They just don't reply, leaving me with an expensive non-functioning item. I've left a 1 star review of the product on their website, that hasn't appeared. Looks like they block reviews that don't give 5 stars - that would explain why I'm having issues when all the reviews give 5 stars. If I get a response, and solution to my problem, I'll update this review, but for now, I can't recommend the device or company at all.

Dog cover for back looked nothing like…
How on earth can company advertise an item that when it arrives it bares absolutely no relationship to the one you ordered. I ordered a dog cover that was completely different to the one advertised it was almost like Rolls Royce to Del Boys van! Yet another Chinese scam company that will take your money and then tell you to eff off DO NOT USE.

This is a scam company. Products are shown like really high end product but in reality it is low quality products. They don´t send invoices to customers and want to scam also customs as the total sum is different what I pay vs what they show to customs declaration.

I bought headlights from TESERY and they work just perfect, the materials are very good quality and the light its exactly like the original. The customer service are extraordenary….. I had a problem and they helped me more precisesly, I had a problem with one of my headlights, after one month and they helped me resovle my issue it was something with an update firmware, and the problem was solved with toolbox global. But they send me a replacement pair of headlights in the meantinme my problem was fixed but the package arrived anyways and when i wrote them to return they told me its a gift and keep it for spare. I recomand this site!

Bought a leather seat cover for the base of my Model S drivers seat. It took a very long time to arrive and didn't fit. I decided the returns procedure was too complicated but wanted to leave a review for others. This was far from easy and although I'd attached photos the review was intercepted by Tesery Customer Service who suggested they wanted to help but in reality we're just blocking my review. They initially asked for Country of manufacture, then year of manufacture, then a video of the issue and finally my VIN number. They claimed not to be able to view the video, although others I'd sent it to didn't have any issues and after I supplied my VIN, I had no further contact and my review still hasn't been posted. I would be cautious about reviews attached to their products when considering to purchase from this company.

Please do NOT support this company!! It is a chinese based company with extremely poor service and quality. They make it virtually impossible to return any purchase items. I bought floor mats for my wife's Tesla Model Y 2023 that we purchased and Tesery lies as it has poor finish and fitment!!! The company has made it known that they do not support returns. DO NOT support this communist based company in China!!

The Overall experience was disappointing
The product I ordered arrived in good condition; however, the overall experience was not very pleasant. Initially, it was stated that orders over $140 qualified for free shipping, and during checkout it was consistently confirmed that there would be no shipping cost. However, after completing the payment and several days later, I was contacted and informed that I needed to pay an additional $65 for shipping. Although I eventually agreed to pay this amount, upon delivery I was also required to pay approximately $25 more for shipping and customs fees. This lack of transparency is concerning and should be clearly communicated at the time of purchase to avoid misleading customers.
2 month wait, not sure about the quality, not great customer service.
Waited 2 months for an order that was meant to be 10 days delivery. Asked for a discount due to delays but was not offered any. The seat covers I ordered are nice but possibly a bit fragile. Torn a piece of fabric when installing the front upright part of the seat. The cover Installation video should have had a comment not to pull on the perforated part of the covers as they are relatively easy to tear. I asked for a price to replace the one torn piece of the cover set (12 pieces total) and was quoted 25% of the total price for the whole set. The store claimed a high shipping cost - TEMU offers free shipping when the total order is $40 but this one piece was to cost $110. Not impressed by the customer service.
Order was 4 pins lighting! You send after 1 months with 3 pins( red turn signals)!! I live in Europe! This was first and last time I used this company!
