super fast and on a sunday no less. script sent fast and my daughter was able to pick it up for me. thank goodness, without it I guarantee you I would have had to call in for work today, my whole left side of my mouth, roof of my mouth and my left ear all thumping pain to my heartbeat. but with early intervention when I woke up, the swelling and pain are subsiding.! thank you care md.
Woke up with a horrible toothache
Woke up with a horrible toothache. Being Sunday I wanted to start something ASAP before it got worse. I filled out everything at 7:35am EST and paid. Around 1145am I still hadn't heard anything so I did the in-app chat and John stated he was notifying the doctor. I advised him if it wasn't going to be soon I would need a refund and go to urgent care instead and got no response. At 1230pm checked back again and once inquired with no response so at 330pm I texted the number given and they responded nearly immediately asking for my name and DOB and then they never responded again until I messaged again at 845pm letting them know I would report them to my bank for fraud if they didn't refund me to which they immediately responded they were processing my refund. I'll never use this company again.

I paid $39 for absolutely nothing. But I guess you get what you pay for My Strep Throat Consultation was submitted at 10:53 am eastern I was told in a message that I would receive my prescription by 9pm cst and then by 10pm cst. and I’m still suffering. Never Ever again
No service provided after 12 hours of waiting
What went wrong? Well I completed my virtual analysis at 10:00 am and around 4pm I asked them how much longer. They replied back and said my order would be completed by 6pm CST. I said I thank you. Nothing at 6pm. So at 10:20pm I canceled my order and requested a refund. That is the only thing that happened quickly! So bottom line is if you need antibiotics quickly then go some where in person.

Do not use this "dr" service. It is a rip off. Very expensive over $60. I paid and it was way more than 12 hours to get help. I stayed up all night waiting for help and fell asleep waiting for a call. 1 call came while I was asleep. There is no way to return the call. Total and complete scam. There are way better online medical services.

Never called!! Took my money and never did anything for my daughter-in-law! Then when we told them we wanted a refund they said yeah well go ahead and go through your bank because they wouldn't refund! So now we have to struggle trying to get payment reversed. Totally rude customer service person!

It said wait times we're 2 hours or less and I waited 5 and in pain. Ultimately I got the prescription which is great. I would recommend to anyone who needs help fast, just be prepared that they may take longer than what they say.

“Suffering from a toothache and the team did not care, they neglected to mention that they could not fax a Prescription to Amazon, the biggest pharmacy business in the world. Then played games talking about being too busy to fax the prescription for 24 hours, then telling me the Dr. has no fax machine. I changed pharmacy to a Walgreens and they couldn't be bothered on day 2 to call in the prescription until after the store was closed. I will never recommend this company, nor will I use them again.”
10 hours later no updates...no meds
10am I called to get antibiotics for an infected tooth they were very efficient on the consult but after they have your money good luck getting in touch with them. There are no real people to talk to I sent a message through chat...replied she would check and answer ASAP....never did Called phone recorder answers and tells you to text...I did.got a message prescription would be at my pharmacy 5:30 pm cst...never sent...texted again at 7:30 and got a curt reply they were to busy with consults and they would sent it when they had time now over 10 hours later and no prescription and pharmacy is closed. Next time I would go to a local clinic this place is to impersonal....no accountability

Was very easy and quick to get the antibiotics I needed for my sinus infection. Plus saved hundreds by not going to urgent care!

They make it easy to get a consultation and receive prescriptions quickly. This is important especially when experiencing dental pain and can't get to a dentist right away. Then they always follow up to make sure you got your prescriptions.
