IT support is non-existent, course timing is poorly set up. Slide progression should be timed - finished material with 24 hours left to fulfill prior to completion. Time was lost when I logged out and logged back in. Would not recommend and/or use The CE Shop in the future.

When you contacted us on Thursday evening, we let you know our IT team could need up to 48 business hours to investigate issues with course timers. While we know waiting through the weekend wasn't ideal, we were glad to let you know on Monday that your missing course time had been restored.
Regarding seat time, the timing requirements are determined by each state. Some states require a specific amount of time to be spent on each individual slide, while others apply the required seat time across the course as a whole. We configure our courses to meet the requirements established by each state's regulatory agency. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and are sorry this experience left you frustrated.
The CE Shop is the easiest and most cost effective way to get CE requirements done. The site and program of instruction is very user friendly and gives many options for each individual’s needs within their market share.

Love learning this way. There are lots of courses to pick from, you pace yourself, the information is awesome and I save it for future reference. You can print out a transcript for each section for a quick review. I have used the CE shop for continuing education for several years and am always happy and pleased with the results.
